Welcome to Solive Travel Swim Club. The sessions are designed for adult swimmers with little to no experience in the water. We will help you conquer your fear of swimming and introduce you to the basic practical concepts of stroke technique and water safety. The sessions will be progressive and will build upon skills gained in previous lessons. Over the six classes you will learn: 1. Introduction to water skills 2. Fundamental aquatic skills 3. Stroke Development and refinement All of this will be taught by a professional trainer and will be distributed over six practical classes.

Program Overview
Welcome to Solive Travel Swim Club. The sessions are designed for adult swimmers with little to no experience in the water. We will help you conquer your fear of swimming and introduce you to the basic practical concepts of stroke technique and water safety.
The sessions will be progressive and will build upon skills gained in previous lessons. Over the six classes you will learn:
- Introduction to water skills
- Fundamental aquatic skills
- Stroke Development and refinement
All of this will be taught by a professional trainer and will be distributed over six practical classes.
Session 1
Build water confidence, learn proper breathing patterns, submerging face, blowing bubbles, proper body flotation, and proper body coordination.
You will have support (floaters) at the shallow end that will help you with learning and building technique.
Session 2
Building on session 1 lessons. Learn basic kicking and floating techniques as well as hand movement in water.
We will also introduce swimming without support (floaters) at the shallow end.
Session 3
Stroke Development: We will introduce freestyle and breaststroke styles. Learn the leg and hand movement and practice across the width of the pool to improve strength, consistency and technique.
Session 4
We will introduce backstroke and learn the hand and legs movement techniques.
The styles will be practiced across the width of the pool to improve strength, consistency and technique.
Session 5
Swimmers who are ready will be introduced to deep end. Perfect on the treading style and learn how to swim confidently in deep end.
Session 6
Swimmers will practice all strokes across the length of the pool to build on the confidence, technique, strength and the skills. For those who can, you will be taught how to dive in the deep end.
Important Notes
- All sessions will be 90 minutes and the trainer will focus on your personal progress as well.
- The guideline provided is general and just for guidance. We will monitor personal progress and go with your pace to ensure everyone achieves their goal as we understand everyone has a different pace.
- After the 90 minute session, you can practice what you have learned on your own to make you master the technique. The trainer will supervise the practice and will be there to guide appropriately.
- Monthly classes will start first weekend of the month of that month or when one is ready to start. We will have the classes all through the month so feel free to start when ready. Please communicate when you'll be ready to start, we alert the coach.
Subscription Cost For 6 Classes: Ksh 6,000
Cost Includes:
- Six (6) sessions of swimming within 6 weeks since your start date
- A professional trained Coach to guide you
- 90 Minutes group sessions (with a trainer)
- Networking
- After sessions practice sessions
Cost Excludes:
- Entry Fee at respective swimming pools
Guidelines
1. Schedule: We will have the sessions in all pools every Wednesday & Friday from 2pm to 4pm and on Saturday and Sundays from 10am to 12pm (when the pool is less crowded).
Time will be critical so that you start together with everyone.
2. Locations: The sessions will be at three different locations. You can pick whichever is convenient for you:
- Absa/Barclays Sports Club on Thika Road or Luke's Hotel (Roasters) - Entry Fee is Ksh 200 at Absa & 300 at Lukes (Weekdays) and Ksh 300 (Weekends) at both locations.
- Sahara West Hotel Pool Ruaka - Entry Fee is Ksh 300
- Levilla Garden Kikuyu (Heated) - Entry Fee Ksh 350
- Mombasa Road - To be Communicated
- Ngong Road - To Be Communicated
3. Flexibility: The days are not cast on stone. You can switch them as you wish. You can also switch your location if you wish but we encourage you to stick with one coach for consistency...you can also just change days as your schedule allows.
You are required to communicate the location of your choice and confirm the day you want to start/practice a 2 days before the training so that we can plan with the trainers accordingly.
4. Communication: We will have a WhatsApp group for all registered members where we will share relevant information and it will also be for coordination as well as motivation. You'll be added to the group once you make payment.
Payment & Registration
We are using a subscription model. The package costs Ksh 6,000 per person for the 6 classes that must be taken within six weeks since your start date. If you are not available for some or can only take up one class a week, we will extend your sessions to the seventh week since start date.
How to Register:

- Join the Club: Once logged in, click the "Subscribe Now" button to proceed with subscription.
- Complete Payment: You will be redirected to our secure payment gateway where you can complete your subscription payment using M-Pesa or other available payment methods.
Registration for the 2026 Classes is ongoing. It's a first come first serve basis with a limit in number per pool and trainer. This will allow us to plan better and allocate you the trainers.

Materials Needed for the Sessions
- A fitting swim suit/ swimming costume for your preference
- Towel / Shuka
- Personal shower items
Terms and Conditions
- This is a subscription model, once you pay, its upto you to follow up and do all the six classes. This will encourage commitment and consistency. Our team will also be following up with you and will help you in case you need to adjust your classes.
- There will be no refund made once the subscription is done. However in case of emergencies and tight schedules kindly communicate with us early enough we push the subscription to another month or we work with your schedule.
